Please be informed about our policies:
The check-in time is no earlier than 3:00pm on the day of arrival. The check-out time is no later than 11:00am on the day of departure. If tenant moves out later than 11:00am, a fee of $250 will be charged to the credit card on account.
Upon leaving, all keys should be given to the Mivar Suites and signed for by the tenant. Otherwise, a fee of $100 per key will be charged to the credit card on account.
There is no smoking allowed in the suites under any/every condition(s). Please be aware that, if the room shows signs that the tenant has been smoking, a fee of $150 for cleaning/airing out the suite will be charged to the credit card on account.
